The Team

In November 2002 Russell Bullimore started working for his father, Paul, in the quirky Llandaff premises – the site where Bully’s had been since 1996. Russ brought a dedicated focus to quality food, his obvious passion for food driving his ambition to propel the restaurant to a new level.

Russell and his wife Vicky took over the business and moved to Pontcanna in 2009 where they live with their children. His wife works behind the scenes doing the books and paperwork but will sometimes make an appearance with the children through the restaurant.

Russell is often managing the restaurant floor and is a good person to speak to if you want wines recommended.

Head Chef
Chris has worked in many hotels and AA rosette restaurants in Cardiff. He has catered for many large functions as well as intimate dinner parties.  He is very passionate about his cooking and customer satisfaction, and is now settled here at Bully’s, where he wants to progress and exceed expectations at the restaurant.
